Cost Estimate
At the outset, we’re heavily involved in providing comprehensive cost estimates for the plans as they’re presented to us. Using a state-of-the-art, cloud-based project management software, we keep you informed and up-to-date on the schedule, budget, and important milestone dates. You’ll alway know which selections need to be made and when they need to be made by.
Design
In terms of design, we bring a wealth of experience and insight to the table, drawing on our past client experiences and our own personal experiences of living in and raising families in homes similar to the ones we build. We are able to offer informed recommendations and suggestions based on what has worked well for us and our clients in the past.
Construction
As the construction process unfolds, we handle everything from landscape design to audio-visual systems, ensuring that every detail is attended to and that the final product exceeds your expectations.
Completion
Upon completion of the project, we provide a comprehensive one-year warranty, during which we conduct an 11-month walkthrough to address any settling, nail pops, or other cosmetic issues that may have arisen. This ensures that your home remains in top condition long after we have completed our work.
